Something completely different. Margaret
and Jean organised a night out at Poole Stadium on
Friday 22nd January for our first social event of 2010.
We sat in the Grandstand and had a three course meal
while we watched the racing. Only 17 of us went, which
was a shame as it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening,
and I'm not just saying that because I finished £20 up!
Here are a few pictures - mainly of
everybody intently looking at the 'form' on their race
cards. My own infallible system was to pick a dog with
an interesting name. |
